Assistant Manager / Front of House

We’re looking for someone thoughtful, enthusiastic and hospitality-minded to join our Front of House team at Glebe.

It’s a role for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after others — someone who understands the value of small details and is confident leading a service when needed. You’ll be working as part of a small, committed team across lunches, dinners, and the occasional workshop or event.

A strong interest in food and drink is essential — it’s at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for someone who’s excited by good produce, thoughtful cooking, and warm, generous hospitality.

Some experience in restaurants or hospitality would be brilliant, but it’s not essential — we’re happy to train the right person. Energy, curiosity and a good team spirit go a long way.
